PROJECT 1
Name: Development of a kit for detection and quantification of Shiga-toxin-producing bacteria.
Application: The use of this technology in the salmon industry will release an improved analytical service to obtain surface and fillet results in detection and quantification in significantly less time than available services in the market.
Actors: Institute for Nutrition and Food Technology-Fundación Copec UC – Natufeed.

PROJECT 2
Name: Control of flies in poultry by oral administration additives.
Application: The use of this technology will reduce the use of conventional insecticides in poultry stocks, through the use of an oral additive.
Actors: Natufeed, INIA.

PROJECT 3
Name: “Caligus control service”. Patent 
pending.
Application: The use of this technology will reduce and replace the use of chemical baths against caligus by a technology based in light source and semiochemicals attraction that allows juvenile caligus to be taken out before they adhere to salmon , (is the only technology that would be available for this stage).

Name: Food additive for the control of internal and external parasites in cattle.
Application: The use of this technology will reduce the use of conventional insecticides in raising grazing cattle.
Participants: Natufeed.

PROJECT 5
Name: Incorporation of additives made from natural compounds that improve the joint health of dogs.
Application: The additive will help to mitigate inflammation and joint pain in senior dogs by enhancing the action of joint care pet foods.
Actors: Natufeed, Favet- Universidad de Chile – Vaccimed.
